Organs examined: Soft tissue sonography includes the examination of superficially located formations in any part of the human body, for example, in the neck region, in the limbs, and in any other part of the body, both superficially and deeply located formations, which is performed by an experienced ultrasound specialist (radiologist) using modern and expert equipment.
Duration: The examination takes 15-20 minutes. Patients must register in advance to receive the service without waiting.
Sonography report submission form: You can receive the results and images of the examination both in paper and electronic form in Armenian or Russian.
Indications for sonography
Indications for investigation include, but are not limited to:
- A palpable mass in any area
- A change in skin color
- Pain in any area
Preparation for sonography: No preparation is needed for the examination, but it is advisable to wear clothing that makes it easy to open and free the area to be examined.
